The Senior Technology Support Consultant serves as a critical technology partner for Premier Trust, responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving the firm’s technology environment. This role leads technology initiatives, manages complex escalations, partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency, security, business continuity, and user experience. The Senior Technology Support Consultant acts as a key liaison between business operations, technology providers, and third-party partners to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to support the organization’s ongoing growth and strategic initiatives. This role will serve as a key contributor to the organization’s infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology governance initiatives, helping ensure a secure, reliable, and compliant IT environment.

Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure, including Sophos firewalls, Sophos switches, wireless networking equipment, and Windows Server environments. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure high availability of critical business systems.

Develop, maintain, and update IT policies, standards, procedures, and documentation to align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Partner with stakeholders to ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and effectively supports operational and compliance objectives.

Monitor and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity posture through proactive oversight of security tools, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, access controls, and security monitoring platforms. Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to security threats and incidents while promoting security best practices throughout the organization.

Serve as the primary technology consultant and escalation point for complex system, application, and infrastructure issues. Lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and client service. Manage relationships with external technology vendors, managed service providers, software providers, and consultants to ensure service excellence and delivery against business objectives.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, risk management, and user experience. Collaborate with trust administration, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to support technology requirements and strategic business initiatives. Drive process improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities and technology solutions that reduce operational risk and increase productivity.
