Fast-paced Personal Injury Law Firm in Henderson is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our high-energy and friendly team. We are a busy firm committed to delivering exceptional legal service and compassionate support to our clients.

The ideal candidate is a strong legal writer who is experienced in preparing motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence. The candidate should have a clear understanding of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and exceptional legal research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft motions, pleadings, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents

· Assist with reviewing discovery and preparing for depositions

· Attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury

· Active Nevada Bar License

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Power Point

· Strong legal writing and research skills

· Availability after regular hours when necessary

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Strong customer service orientation
