Transactional Tax Attorney

Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated Tampa law firm, seeks a highly experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group.

Candidates should have substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, executive compensation, and equity investments
. Strong expertise in U.S. federal income tax
, including partnership and corporate tax planning, is required.

The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach
, collaborate closely with deal teams, and possess at least seven years of relevant experience
. Preferred credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation
, CPA designation
, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm.

No portable book of business is required.
