As we continue to grow, so does our demand for hardworking, dependable people to join our team. We are currently seeking an Outbound Lead to join our Operations Team. An Outbound Lead is responsible for the daily processing of B2B and B2C orders, from picking to final outbound shipping.

Mandatory overtime occasionally includes earlier start time, later end time, and/or weekends.

• Research exception orders or POS, fix the issue or elevate to account management.
• Strong outbound fulfillment problem‑solving skills.
• Train outbound team on picking, packing, and shipping.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to resolve outbound issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve outbound processes, optimize storage space, and streamline material flow.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Possess a positive, “can‑do” attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Work safely throughout the day to ensure you return home in the same shape you started.
• Operate warehouse tools (e.g., scanners, warehouse software).
• Perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, and percentage calculations, and use mobile devices.
• Be comfortable with computers, mobile technology, and frequent use of RF equipment.
• Help answer questions from team members and assist in training new hires.
• Enter data into the internal ticket system.
• Conduct audits on processed merchandise to ensure exceptional customer service to clients.

• Constant moving and standing required.
• Stand or walk for a minimum of two consecutive hours.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Possibly reaching above eye level.
