Operations Manager, EHS / HSE Manager
Our Company is evolving, and we are currently preparing for an extended period of growth across our business within our Civil & Construction, Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Pipeline and Dewatering operations. As part of this expansion, we are strengthening our leadership capability across key projects in Western Australia.
The Role:We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and coordinate operational teams across our Project Sites. This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑standard service delivery, and supporting the ongoing development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, support and supervise daily activities across site services teams
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures
- Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources
- Liaise with site management and contractors to coordinate work
- Identify and report hazards, issues, and maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
- Minimum 5 years Civil Construction Supervisory Experience
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors
- Demonstrated strong safety focus
- Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes
- Effective team leadership by displaying skillful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees
- Experience on Rio Tinto and BHP sites will be highly regarded
- Strong work ethic and commitment to promoting positive culture.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Safety‑conscious mindset and adherence to all safety protocols.
