Pay: $32.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time

We’re hiring a Shift Supervisor to help lead Base Operations for an autonomous ride‑hailing company. You’ll ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to high standards of productivity

, and safety
.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and has experience managing teams in a technical or operational environment.

• Oversee vehicle logistics and readiness

• Manually operate vehicles when needed

• Manage parts and inventory tracking

• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and OSHA‑compliant

• Support remote site operations as needed

• Act as point of contact for your shift team

• Promote strong communication and teamwork

• Observe and coach team members to improve performance

• Onboard and train new hires

• Support data reporting and drive process improvements

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Clean driving record (no points)

• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen

• Proficient in:

• Google Suite / Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Sheets)

• Jira and Confluence

• Git (basic understanding)

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to travel locally (
