**** We are hiring for entry level machine operators under a 90 day temp-to-hire program.

****** A day in the life of a machine operator:
***** Has excellent punctuality/attendance record
* Maintains a positive attitude with team members and throughout the shift
* Perform quality checks and inspections during production
* Performs Cleaning in Place (CIP) procedures
* Documents information in a timely and accurate manner
* Follows all safety, quality and procedural standards
* Communicates with team members effectively
* Uses computer/computer systems/email as needed
* Is able to work in 24/7 manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends and possibly some holidays
* Able to work overtime for vacation coverage and training purposes
* Other duties as assigned
**** What we are looking for:
***** You must be at least 18 years old
* Able to demonstrate acceptable levels of basic grammar, mathematical aptitude, and mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes, but not limited to; lifting, bending, climbing, standing, crouching, kneeling, walking, talking, hearing, etc.
* Ability to routinely lift/move up to 50lbs and regularly required to taste or smell product
* *** Our machine operator positions are Temp to Hire (TTH). Through our TTH Program you have the opportunity to see if a position in our bottling plant is the right fit for you
