Press Brake Operator

GENERAL DUTIES

• Prepare and operate CNC machine to perform tasks such as bending, punching, laser, etc.
• Operate/ monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Maintains high level of productivity and produces quality parts.
• Performs daily preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisor to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Maintain excellent work attendance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-1 year experience with CNC machinery.
• Having a team-orientated state of mind
• Be able to understand basic directions in English (required)
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to 8 hours daily.
• Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth
• Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually.
• May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.

SCHEDULE

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
