A skilled Maintenance Technician II is needed to troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and repair production equipment in a clean, safety‑driven, high‑volume food manufacturing setting.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Henderson, NV

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

• Perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and log all maintenance activities.
• Perform light fabrication, plumbing, and general facility repairs.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and GMP standards.
• Follow all FDA, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures (including lockout/tagout).

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or production required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with conveyors, automation systems, and PLCs preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work variable hours or weekends as needed.

• Food manufacturing facility (exposure to wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens).
• Must wear PPE and follow all plant safety rules.
• Standing, lifting, and working in changing temperatures required.
