We're not going to sugarcoat it. This is a physical job. You'll be on your feet for 8 hours, lifting 50-100 lbs repeatedly, and doing real hands-on wood working assembly work.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Carpentry and woodworking:
  Will be hammering or demolishing pieces of wood and crates.
• Safely operate power and hand tools: table saws, miter saws, circular saws, panel saws, pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, drills, routers, and sanders.
• Use tape measures and basic math (including fractions) to accurately calculate dimensions, clearances, and material quantities.
• Operate Pallet jacks, and heavy lifting gear to maneuver lumber and position machinery safely.
• Hands-on assembly work following detailed instructions; package finished products, run quality checks, and keep your area clean.
• Warehouse tasks: unload boxes from pallets onto the conveyor table; move pallets and haul them to the compactor area; replace materials in boxes to new shipping units; break down, flatten, and stack cardboard; cut stretch wrap and strapping off pallets; carry bags to recycling and toss trash bags into the dock dumpsters.
• Will also be working in different areas of the warehouse as needed, sorting materials and working in a fast pace at all times.
• Physical work all shift: lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly — bending, reaching, kneeling. Report issues to your supervisor, and work fast and efficiently without slowdown aside from the usual break periods.

• Can communicate clearly with your team
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation - you need to get here every day
• Flexibility for occasional overtime when the work demands it

Required Skills and Experience in the following:

• Carpentry experience:
  Huge Plus
• Blueprint reading: interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and technical drawings to match exact product dimensions.
• Tool proficiency: safe operation of saws, nail guns, staple guns, drills, routers, and sanders.
• Measurements: accurate tape measure use and basic math (including fractions) for dimensions and material quantities.
• Assembly Line work, sorting, packing and unpacking
• Ability to work extended hours and days as scheduled
• Moisture and shock protection: vapor barrier bags, desiccants, VCIs, and foam cushioning.
• Physical ability: lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly; bending, reaching, kneeling all shift.

• Pay: $18.00/hr to start, raise potential after hire-on
• 1st
  
  Shift: Monday
  - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and Saturdays as Scheduled
• 2nd
  
  Shift: Monday
  - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm and Saturdays as Scheduled
• Saturdays when scheduled are mandatory
• Breaks: 10 min paid break every 2 hours, 30 min lunch at 11 AM
