Event Sales Coordinator

Greenspun Media Group is looking for a qualified Events Sales Coordinator to join our Events team. Our Events team plans and executes dozens of marketing and recognition events throughout the year, in conjunction with the editorial calendars of our various publications.

• Provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy of all department records and data;
• Oversee department inventory and manage organization of event materials;
• Assemble event collateral;
• Research and provide recommendations for possible event activations, sponsors and gifted items;
• Assist with set up and strike for all events;
• Assist with event planning and preparation;
• Assist with on-site social media for events;
• Provide creative ideas for event themes, decor, and logistics;
• Identify, prospect, and secure event sponsor ships and partnerships;
• Develop and present sponsorship packages to potential clients;
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing sponsors and partners;

• Preferred majors:
  Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with event planning/management, customer service preferred.
• MUST be over the age of 21.
