Multifamily Groundskeeper: Outdoor Upkeep & Resident Service

A leading property management company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the landscape and exterior image of apartment communities. The Groundskeeper will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide excellent service to residents. Key responsibilities include cleaning driveways, managing flowers and grass, and ensuring a professional appearance. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and be able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish.

The position offers competitive pay between $15.30 and $18.00.
