Join MAXX Properties as a Leasing Consultant. This role is the first point of contact for prospective residents, creating a welcoming experience and showcasing the lifestyle at Villas at Green Valley Apartments.

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• 17 days of paid time off in your first year with an additional day each subsequent year (up to 5 unused days can be carried over)

Leasing Consultants handle all activities related to apartment rentals, move‑ins, lease renewals, and resident retention. They generate and handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move‑in paperwork and procedures, interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience (preferred)
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and organized
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar software (preferred)
• Ultimate team‑player
