Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and expand client base effectively

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
