Tenant Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Tenant Relations Specialist to join our growing company. You will be supported by a team of professionals in other specialized areas that help make your daily duties as a Tenant Relations Specialist easier.

• Manage Daily Interactions with tenants using multiple forms of communication (phone calls, text messages, emails, mail, etc.)
• Process and track tenant lease renewals and tenant move outs
• Manage all tenant files with up to date and accurate records
• Oversee rent and tenant payments to ensure accuracy in tenant accounts
• Complete property walks to verify all tenants are within their lease requirements
• Enforce tenant lease compliance
• Oversee Tenant Payments to ensure delinquency standards are maintained
• Heavy phone and email communication and record keeping of all communication
• Provide tenants with personalized service
• Ensure all Fair Housing as well as Federal, State and County laws are followed and enforced
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
• Fast learner, incredibly organized, ability to multitask and detail oriented
• Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
• Must work well in a team environment
  
  Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Experience working with Appfolio is preferred
