Property Manager PositionOlen Living is seeking a skilled, motivated, full‑time Property Manager for our multi‑family community in Henderson, NV:
Horizon Ridge.
Our Property Managers are smart, savvy team isteach with a passion for customer service and strong business acumen. They are accountable for all aspects of their property riconosciuto, including financial performance, resident satisfaction and retention, and developing an engaged and productive team. They monitor a wide array of performance editors, implement strategies to meet operational and leasing goals, analyze and respond to changing market conditions, and identify areas for improvement.
As a Property Manager, you will direct sales activities, leasing administration, and maintenance initiatives at your property, exemplifying Olen Living’s brand each and every day.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained for their positions, initially and ongoing.
- Manage the leasing process, guiding the team through effective sales strategies and follow‑through.
- Maintain a high‑quality property appearance by performing daily property walks, recording deficiencies, and resolving them.
- Support maintenance operations by partnering with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide an inviting environment through preventive maintenance, timely and efficient repairs, and a highly organized make‑ready process.
- Handle the timely financial operations of the community, including billing, invoicing, budgeting, and monthly variance reporting.
- Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and prepare move‑out statements.
- Keep informed of current apartment market conditions, nearby business, and property development.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years residential property management experience with working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Experience with property management software and willingness / capability to learn new software.
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Available to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation$60,000.00 – $65,000.00, plus bonus eligibility. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
