The Role:

Working with this prestigious brand as a Beauty Advisor is an opportunity to showcase your talents—from makeup application to diagnosing skincare concerns. This role allows you to positively impact customers and spread joy. The position is varied and will require you to:

• Create and build a clientele as their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager, and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential.
• Be confident in applying products, recommending products, and closing sales.
• Share your passion for the brand and its exciting offerings.

About You:

We are seeking a Beauty Advisor who has:

• Experience in retail or hospitality environments with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for all things beauty and helping customers feel great about themselves.
• Strong communication skills to approach customers confidently and friendly both in-store and via telephone.
• Technical competency in makeup artistry; a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry is advantageous.

This position is part-time and involves working on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday roster.
