Fitness Counselor

Overview

EōS Fitness is bold, upbeat, and motivating. Our core purpose is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The Fitness Counselor will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated programs, promotions, and referrals.

Build connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with lively sales approach and magnetic personality.
• Member engagement activities.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.

• Takes ownership of results.
• Fight hard to win.
• Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task.
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Comfortable with computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, phone etiquette, and good at math.
• Position is 20 hours a week, must work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.
• Must successfully pass background check.
