Lobel Financial has over 40 years of experience delivering full‑spectrum automotive lending solutions. Our mission is to partner with auto dealers nationwide to provide auto loans that empower families across the country to achieve their vehicle ownership dreams.

We are looking for highly motivated Area Sales Managers who are eager to grow their careers. In this role, you will influence auto dealers to submit retail auto‑loan applications and ensure they consistently meet Lobel Financial’s performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers to enhance collaboration and profitability for both parties.
  • Actively prospect and onboard new dealerships, expanding Lobel Financial’s reach and market presence.
  • Communicate the value of Lobel Financial’s products and services effectively, providing outstanding support to dealer accounts.
  • Strategically plan and organize daily activities to maximize selling opportunities and generate revenue.
  • Educate assigned dealers on Lobel Financial’s program offerings, ensuring they are well equipped to use our platform effectively.
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory to engage face‑to‑face with dealers and prospects.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in automotive finance or subprime finance with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with a dealer‑centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results‑driven mindset focused on revenue generation and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with dealers, clients, and prospects.
  • Previous experience delivering positive outcomes in a sub‑prime auto finance environment.
