Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly lucrative earnings package:

  • $10k Fast Start Bonus per month for 12 months
  • $120k First‑Year total earnings, conditional on closing one new commercial account with at least 250 employees every two weeks
  • $2,500 First‑Week Training Pay for the first five training days
  • Unlimited $500 bonus per virtual appointment with food
  • Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment
  • 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped, then 40%‑59% after 90 days
  • Credits up to $10k for new client accounts and up to $5k for new account donations
  • Up to $400 in gift cards for business‑building activities

7‑day standard commissions, W‑2 employment, Medical, Dental, and HSA Benefits, 401k, and GHA company stock ownership (ESOP).

Job Requirements

We are currently hiring experienced Sales Professionals nationwide with a minimum of three years direct technology sales experience. Responsibilities include selling AI and related technologies to corporate, government, and education clients; meeting call quotas and appointment targets; and managing new commercial accounts. This role requires strong sales skills, a technology mindset, and a drive to achieve high earnings.
