Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for coordinating the activities of sales to insure satisfactory sales and profits for the company. Addressing the needs and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This includes assigned customers, as well as, the accounts of other company salespersons.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Maintain a sound working knowledge of all markets and growing conditions.
- Make presentations of profitable programs to potential and existing customers.
- Notify and assist buyers, operations and sales support persons by communication of customer s needs and preferences.
- Organize and provide assistance for special sales and promotions.
- Attend all sales meetings and appointments, (be on time, punctual).
- Responsible for individual accounts sales and gross profit.
- Responsible for keeping a current call schedule including times, names, and phone numbers.
- Make sure all orders are submitted before scheduled cut off times.
- Responsible for processing and turning in credit memos, responsibility forms and other job-related paperwork within the set time lines.
- Expense reimbursements reconciliation.
- Deliver product to stores for customer service purposes.
- Special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of food service and Retail sales industries preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Strong communication skills needed to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and other personnel when performing your duties.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Adaptability/Flexibility, with the ability to react quickly to changing requirements from internal and external conditions while maintaining good communication with all parties involved.
- Critical Thinking:
Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as required.
- Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Computer
Skills:
Google Suite. - Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Safe driving record and proof of insurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel 90% commitment.
