Dex Handyman Services is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Handyman to support our Field Operations team in delivering high-quality repairs, renovations, and maintenance. This full-time, entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of hands‑on experience who is eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals. Serving Henderson and the greater Las Vegas area, we specialize in a wide range of residential and commercial services—from painting and flooring to plumbing, electrical, and remodeling. • Support remodeling projects including drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs.
• Assist in carpentry, tile installation, trim work, and light exterior maintenance.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance under supervision.
• Work closely with Senior Handymen on various tasks and job sites.
• Maintain tools and jobsite cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• 1–4 years of hands‑on experience in construction, handyman services, or property maintenance.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
• Positive, professional communication skills are a must.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Reliable transportation required. No certifications or licenses required.
