Dex Handyman Services is seeking a dependable, highly skilled Senior Handyman to join our Field Operations team full-time. Based in Henderson and proudly serving the greater Las Vegas area, we provide a full range of services including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, remodeling, and maintenance for both homes and businesses. We take care of the business side—marketing, scheduling, and billing—so you can focus on doing what you do best: delivering great work and building relationships with satisfied clients.

Perform a wide range of general remodeling tasks, including drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry.

Complete trim work, tile installations, basic exterior repairs, and siding projects.

Execute minor plumbing and electrical maintenance tasks.

Lead small project teams, often working with junior-level handymen or apprentices.

Maintain clean, organized job sites and company-provided tools/equipment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

Troubleshoot and solve routine repair issues efficiently and safely.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.

Skilled in carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing, painting, and general home repairs.

Comfortable mentoring or supervising junior‑level team members.

Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand/power tools proficiently.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

No specific licenses required, but journeyman experience or contractor background is a plus.

Part Time & Full-Time Availability

Monday–Friday

On-site work across Henderson and Las Vegas, NV area. Travel is local only.
