Trainees receive paid mentor training, then earn per-mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 after training, with weekly training pay of $650–$850. The job is no-touch, no unloading, and involves 2-week home-time between runs.
Drivers are paired with a mentor and travel OTR with sealed loads. Recent CDL-school graduates are welcome, with no prior professional driving experience needed.
