This range is provided by Mills Automotive Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues across all makes and models
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer bulletins
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete work accurately and efficiently, within time guidelines

• ASE Master Technician Certification (or equivalent)
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Manufacturer-specific training (e.g., GM, Ford, Toyota, etc.)
• Hybrid/Electric Vehicle knowledge or certification
• State Inspection and Emissions licenses (if applicable)
