• Perform sonographic examinations and procedures as requested by the referring physician delivery of care and services.
• Maintain appropriate supplies and a clean and orderly work area. Notify supervisor of needed items.
• Maintain equipment to ensure accuracy and longevity.
• Provide age appropriate care to all patients.
• Act as a physician/staff consultant and educational resource for appropriateness and accuracy of scans.
• Provide quality ultrasound studies to include abdominal, OB, vascular, neonatal, pelvis, breast, and testicular small parts for use by the radiologist in the diagnosis of patient illness. Maintain appropriate files, supplies and equipment.

Graduate of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or School of Radiology (Required)

Graduate from an accredited DMS program OR ARRT OR DMS Certification. Licenses:
West Virginia, United States (Other).

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

ARRT should have one year of DMS experience (preferred only).

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
