A Certified Surgical Tech (CST) who excels in this role:

• Anticipating Surgeon s needs
• Provides patient preparation and operating room preparation
• Performs timely and appropriate handling of specimens and maintaining sterile field

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a high-stakes, fast-paced setting, ensuring patient safety through meticulous attention to sterile technique and by assisting the surgical team with the highest level of professionalism and skill.

• High school diploma or equivalent Required
• Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program is required
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)/Certified Surgical Tech (NCCT) certification is required
• Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire
• One year of experience preferred
