• Evaluate and treat patient populations for swallowing, speech‑language and therapy needs.
• Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Design and implement a plan of care appropriate to problems identified, involving the patient and family.
• Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervise activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

• Education:
  
  Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (required).
• Licensed Speech Therapist; current licensure with state Board of Speech‑Language Pathology & Audiology.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
