OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and personal and professional growth.
DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) who must be an ambitious, operationally‑focused and results‑driven leader. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required!
Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with patients while continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead a cross‑functional clinical team, providing development, mentorship and inspiration.
- Manage complete clinic operations and performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, monitor compliance.
- Serve as the clinic’s autonomous leader while receiving support from the director, regional peers and the company.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. - Minimum of three years of management experience in healthcare, business or related fields, or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
- Current CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
- Collaboration skills and ability to work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligned with business needs.
- Other qualifications and skill combinations may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director and/or Divisional Vice President.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package.
