The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the HRD, supervises HR team members and plays a critical role in various strategic and operating objectives, that align with their mission vision and guiding principles.
Responsibilities- Sr HRBP demonstrates a passion for identifying, developing and implementing employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs for as well as knowledge of HR data/analytics, industry trends and best practice.
- 3-5 years Human resource generalist, business partner and/or managerial experience
- 4 year degree in business administration or related field with a master degree preferred
