Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care, Physician Assistant - Acute Care, Physician Assistant - Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine - Urgent Care, Family Medicine - Urgent Care

• Please specify level of proficiency with EPIC, Provider will be required to use Epic.
• Provider must be able to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the Center.
• Provider should have good soft skills as they will be one on one with support staff and each patient.
• Specialty:
  Urgent Care
• Function: UC - MD/PA/NP
• Board Requirement:
  Yes - BC / NCCPA / NP Boards
• 12 months of experience

Schedule:

• Type of Cases (please be specific):
  Urgent Care, Adults and Peds
• Procedures: I&D, Lac repair, Ear irrigation, other minor procedures
• Patient Ages:
  Adult and Pediatric Patients, All ages - 6 months and up
• PPD: up to 40
• Support Staff:
  Center Mgr, MA, PSA, Urgent Care Techs, Supervising Physicians Offsite
• EMR/Charting: Y, Epic w/ modified training schedule, will need to use EMR for all visits.
• Call Requirements:
  No
• Supervision Requirements:
  No / HCO will provide Supervising Physician.
