Henderson Nursing and Senior Living Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We are currently hiring for part-time, PRN, and weekend positions
, with a particular need for 3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM coverage
.

This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling, additional hours, or consistent weekend work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Current scheduling needs include:

• 7 AM–3 PM: Weekend coverage needed

• 3 PM–11 PM

• 11 PM–7 AM

We are especially interested in reliable CNAs who can consistently pick up shifts and help provide dependable coverage on evenings, overnights, and weekends
.

As a CNA, you will play a key role in daily resident care, including:

• Providing hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Monitoring and reporting vital signs and changes in resident condition

• Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assisting nursing staff with delegated tasks, treatments, and procedures

• Documenting care provided and observations accurately and timely

• Communicating concerns or changes in condition to licensed nursing staff

• Promoting resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused attitude

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts

• Availability for evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts is highly valued
