Restock Coordinator – responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring product shipments are accurate, timely, and properly logged.

• Perform annual full‑scale inventory assessments to identify missing items and order requirements.
• Provide customer service to in‑store personnel when setting up displays or assisting customers.
• Use rolling ladders to retrieve items from hard‑to‑reach stockroom shelves.
• Maintain accurate company database entry of all stock and inventory items.
• Build new store displays to showcase special merchandise.
• Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and displays according to company standards.
• Monitor and report missing or lost inventory to management.
• Confirm accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing invoice to order, ensuring inventory is in excellent condition.

• Experience in a fast‑paced sales environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform prolonged physical activity while standing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and similar spreadsheet tools.
• Typing and record‑keeping skills for accurate inventory documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving and task prioritization abilities.
• Personal accountability and integrity for handling valuable inventory.
• Preferred experience with stockroom ladders and tools.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
