Rebuyer Administrator

Variety Wholesalers, Inc. is looking for Rebuyers to join our Store Support Center team in Henderson, North Carolina. The Rebuyer maintains basic merchandise in‑stocks for the company to ensure a consistent and accurate availability of items for store merchandising needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task
• Demonstrated experience proactively identifying and analyzing problems, generating alternative solutions, and making decisions on choices with minimal supervision.
• Exceedingly well organized and detail oriented.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple changing priorities
• Must be able to work in a team environment, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail or customer service/manufacturing experience

Job Type: Full‑time
