Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Part‑time Security Officer. This role focuses on high customer service, engaging with guests and client personnel in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site location:
  Henderson, NC
• Schedule:
  
  7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday‑Sunday (16 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage: $16.50 per hour
  bi‑weekly pay periods (Daily Pay available)

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Must have NC PPSB Unarmed Security License
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Prior security, military or law‑enforcement experience is an asset
• Must have a state license
