As the Plant Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of the facility—protecting assets, driving profitability, and influencing strategic decisions. Reporting directly to the VP–CFO and partnering with the Plant General Manager, you’ll play a critical role in steering the plant toward success.

• Own the monthly financial close for the plant, delivering accurate GAAP-compliant statements.
• Provide real-time financial insights and daily production metrics to the GM—be their go-to business partner.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, comparing results to prior year, budget, and projections.
• Drive inventory control and cost accounting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage fixed assets and capital spending analysis.
• Prepare regulatory reports and support audits.
• Deliver operational analysis, trend projections, and actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary liaison with corporate finance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s and CPA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting/finance leadership, ideally in manufacturing.
• Skills: Strong GAAP knowledge,
  cost accounting
  , budgeting, and forecasting.
• Tech‑savvy with accounting software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• A natural problem‑solver with exceptional communication skills and a sense of ownership.
