Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 a.m.–6 p.m.). You will work with the RN and physician to coordinate total patient care according to the care plan.
Responsibilities include reporting changes in patient conditions, documenting progress, preparing notes, and assisting in complex nursing situations. Candidates should have CPR certification and Texas license in good standing.
