RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for trouble shooting and repair of any electrical systems plant wide.
• Maintaining and up-grading current electrical prints in addition to keeping current secure copies of all PLC programs, both in the electrical shop and main office.
• Maintain the inventory and supply of electrical parts in stock.
• Mechanical repairs; fabricating;
• Create designing of any electrical control systems as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area on a continuous basis.
• Able to take on additional assignments when needed.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED
• Post high school technical training or equivalent preferred
• Electrical and PLC

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Working knowledge of PLC’s preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and PLC controlled equipment and various types of automated manufacturing equipment.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
• Ability to learn full plant operations in a reasonable length of time and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent attendance required.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
