• Perform retention calls, process applications, renewals, amendments, resolve customer problems, and sell membership and financial products.
• Provide price quotes on all insurance products, factoring in all applicable rules and discounts to complete the sale.
• Take insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement).
• Respond to customers’ insurance inquiries, explaining product features and Auto Club Group service advantages to potential customers.
• Refer to agent when appropriate and promote cross‑sale opportunities.
• Assist management and agents with customer policies, endorsements, and status changes as per state rules.
• Conduct outbound promotional and retention call activities per management request.
• Participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service.
• Resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management as needed.
• Participate in office events to generate insurance revenue and support community activities.
• Maintain filing systems and provide general agency support.

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Analyze member insurance needs and determine appropriate coverage levels.
• Prepare rate quotations and use underwriting procedures.
• Plan and promote sale of ACG insurance and membership products.
• Perform outbound service calls and maintain accurate records.
• Understand insurance terminology, regulations, and compliance guidelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and membership systems (e.g., PPS, POS, IMS, IPM).
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team under high volume conditions.

Starting hourly wage of $23.00 – $25.50 per hour, based on experience.

Temperature‑controlled office; willingness to work irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and community events.
