• Provide oversight of the waiting area, greet patients as they arrive, and get them ready for their appointment.
• Update patient records, obtain new/updated insurance information, prepare patient chart, and notify the clinical team of patient arrival.
• Keep the clinical team updated on the daily schedule and maintain efficient practice flow.
• Answer incoming calls, take and relay messages, reschedule appointments as needed, answer general questions, and return missed calls.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience.
• Prior dental or medical front‑office experience.
