Dishwasher/Steward at Kanuga Camps & Conferences

• Daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment, china, glass, and silverware.
• Light prep as required.
• Setup and breakdown of lobby receptions (wine & cheese, milk & cookies, breakfast).
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the kitchen and reception space.
• Setup and breakdown of meetings and events to company standards.
• Turn over the kitchen to the next shift in top‑notch condition, communicating any issues.

• Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse people and cooperate with coworkers.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Adapt easily to organizational and environmental changes.
• Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Arrive on time, neatly groomed, and in compliance with dress code.
• Adhere to all regulatory, company, and department policies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing ≤30 lbs without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors and MOD.
