This is a part-time to full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Hendersonville Country Club in Hendersonville, NC. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that service standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing food service, and delivering exceptional customer service. • Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Bartending & Serving experience a plus
• Experience in Food Service and Service Standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
