Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager with Construction Experience. The ideal candidate we are searching for is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, supervises through example setting and is a serious multi-tasker. Job Description :
Our Successful Project Managers are responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction/reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3-5 Years Construction Project Management Experience. Only those individuals should apply to this position.

Experience and Skill Set:

Previous Restoration construction management experience is a big plus

• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of industry building codes
