Job Description:

* Provides quality patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse using the Nursing Process.

* Performs and documents accurate reassessments, including ongoing observation, utilization of restraints, pain management, respiratory therapy, and dressing changes.

* Implements and collaborates on the plan of care as determined by the Registered Nurse.

* Collects blood samples via phlebotomy, venous line, and PICC/Midline Catheter, and discontinues PICC, midline, or central lines with completed competency.

* Provides patient care appropriate to age, mobility, and culture. Administers ordered treatments and medications within scope of practice safely and according to physician's orders.

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$20.68 - $38.46
