Salary Range: $99,087 - $118,000 annually (Final offer based on experience, education, skills, and market factors)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Manager of Quality Assurance possesses a high degree of understanding of manufacturing quality practices, fundamentals and uses them to assess and analyze product quality performance of ceramic products. Able to work independently and with colleagues to research and coordinate determination of root cause of electrical, mechanical, R/D, Proto-type software problems etc. Provides timely professional details and summaries of findings and conducts internal audits and controls.
Regularly interfaces with customer representatives and production to manage requirements and deliverables.
- 4-year degree
- 10+ year experience in quality control
- 5 years' experience managing quality staff members and technicians
- Strong analytical skills
- eligible to work in an ITAR environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
