The First Assistant Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, ensuring proper documentation, keeping crew up‑to‑date on training, motivating performance, and generating a weekly schedule that supports the store’s sales goals.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion to work in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
