We’re hiring a Manager, Product Development at our Hendersonville, NC location.
Minimum Starting Salary: $105,000 annually (final offer based on experience, education, skills, and market factors).

• Coordinate new customer development, expand specific product lines, and support Sales Engineering efforts.
• Develop quarterly sales analysis and metric reporting, working closely with National Sales Manager and General Manager.
• Maintain goals and metrics for annual Master Plan and booking plans, tracking progress and expenses.
• Drive positive customer interaction, managing activity through the BDU system and cross-divisional collaboration.
• Represent customer requests to production and management, ensuring “customer first” support and documenting concerns.
• Generate new business inquiries, explore opportunities, and support Sales Engineer staff through technical training; may train or be trained on product changes in Japan.
• Communicate with Japan counterparts for pricing, delivery, and technical confirmation, and participate in business travel with visiting personnel from international production facilities.
• Perform all responsibilities of a Sr. Sales Engineer for new target accounts and consultative role to production management; may supervise sales support staff and lead projects with cross-functional teams.
• Model ethical business practices and accurate reporting; develop and present highly technical content in sales settings.

• 4-year degree, engineering preferred.
• 8 years’ experience as Sr. Sales Engineer or Product Sales Specialist.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel and presentation creation.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to work well with others internally and externally.
• US Driver’s license and ability to legally drive in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Eligible to work in an ITAR environment.
