This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hendersonville, NC. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, generating and following up on sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also involve assisting customers with product selection, preparing quotes, managing sales transactions, and building lasting customer relationships to drive business growth. Additionally, the Salesperson will be expected to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and provide personalized recommendations
• Product knowledge and interest in plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies
• Organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple sales transactions efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with sales tracking tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive team environment
• Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields are advantageous
• Must be able to work on-site at the specified location
