Automotive Sales Advisor (Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred)

Salary: $70,000 to $170,000

Boyd Chevrolet is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Advisor who is bilingual in Spanish and English to better serve our growing Spanish-speaking customer base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands cultural values, and is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.

• Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process
• Communicate professionally and clearly in both Spanish and English
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Present vehicle features, pricing, financing, and protection options
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation

• Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, customer-first attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
