$22.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Lead and work alongside carpenters on custom residential projects
• Execute both rough and finish carpentry with top‑tier quality and efficiency
• Interpret project plans and communicate scope changes to the team
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and protection from the elements
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and company leadership
• Prepare material lists and notify the team of special order items
• Represent with professionalism on every site
• Hold yourself and your team accountable for quality, timelines, and conduct

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to guide a small crew
• Strong communication, accountability, and problem‑solving abilities
• Self‑starter who can work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must own standard hand tools and a drill set

• Salary of $22 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
